The Electronic Plan Room (EPR) is being developed by the construction industry in Alberta through the co-operative efforts of the Construction Associations, the Alberta Association of Architects, Consulting Engineers of Alberta, The Alberta Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association and the Government of Alberta.
The principle objective of COOLNet Alberta is to provide all participants in the construction process with timely, convenient and cost effective access to construction procurement opportunities, regardless of their geographical location.
COOLNet Alberta complements and operates in parallel with existing paper based plan rooms. COOLNet Alberta invites all Tendering Authorities to provide their project tender information and documents to the Electronic Plan Room. There is no charge for this service.
