The "heart" of the Calgary Construction Association is the "PLANS ROOM" where CCA members can access tender documents for projects out for tender.

Estimators have 34 private cubicles available for their use along with access to telephones and power booths for lap top computers.

CCA publishes and distributes weekly, by email, a comprehensive Plans On-View Bulletin that identifies the current projects on display in the Plans Room together with pertinent information relative to the tendering authorities, closing dates and times, addenda, known bidders, low bidders and awards. Plans On-View Bulletins published by other local associations are also available for perusal.

Plans and specifications for all projects may be reserved for overnight or weekend use.

These documents may be picked up after 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays) and must be returned by 8:00 AM the next business day.
