CCA Plans Room -The "heart" of the Calgary Construction Association is the "PLANS ROOM" where CCA members can access tender documents for projects out for tender. COOLNet (Construction Oppertunities On-Line Network) - The principle objective of COOLNet Alberta is to provide all participants in the construction process with timely, convenient and cost effective access to construction procurement opportunities, regardless of their geographical location. Youth Employment Program - The Calgary Construction Association believes that giving youth an opportunity to work in the construction industry is a solid investment. The association understands the importance of educating youth about the diverse and rewarding paths that are available within our industry. Through a successful partnership with Alberta Human Resources and Employment, the Youth Employment Program was created to encourage employers to take on unemployed or under employed youth in a three week work experience. This agreement allows opportunity for youth to access careers in construction while allowing the employer to access the individual for possible employment. Standard Forms of Contract - CCA provides standard forms of contracts Gold Seal - The CCA Gold Seal Certification Program is a national certification program for construction Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators.
