3rd Annual OAEC Workshop

The third annual Owners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors (OAEC) Workshop will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.

This workshop is structured to bring all industry partners together in a collaborative environment to interactively discuss practical everyday topics of common interest. Often each partner does not understand the world that the other lives in, why things are done in a certain manner, and the impact of those decisions on others.

Open dialogue encourages the industry to collectively find best practices for common issues.

Women In Construction Luncheon - "Say What you Mean Without the Mean! "

Thursday, January 22, 2015
11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Coast Plaza Hotel

Join us for our third annual luncheon for an opportunity to network and to share ideas on how to benefit women in the construction industry.

This session will give you the tools to get your message across while getting the reaction you want. You'll understand the neuro-science behind feeling threatened and learn to make statements that lessen the chance of a defensive reaction or conflict escalation. At the same time you will discover how you can react confidently and productively in a conflict situation.

Please contact Ju H. Ryu at 403-291-3350 or ju@cca.cc should you have any questions.
