Remembering Manmeet Bhullar

MANMEET BHULLAR
1980-2015
It is with great sadness that the construction community lost a friend in Manmeet Bhullar. Manmeet, the former Minister of Alberta Infrastructure who died in a tragic accident while helping others in distress, reflects on Manmeet’s exceptional big heart, who wanted to give back to society and build a better world. In 2015 Manmeet addressed the Owners, Architects, Engineers and Contracting (OAEC) communities at the annual OAEC Workshop in February. In addition, he took time from his hectic schedule, to address the members of the Calgary Construction Association (CCA) at their 70th Annual General Meeting in March. Bhullar was a big man who was passionate about everything he did, leaving an indelible impression on everyone who had the opportunity to meet him. Bhullar will be deeply missed and CCA sends our heartfelt sympathy to the Bhullar family.
